Project started on Jan 2016 when AYS has been appointed to lead the project and carried the responsibility as lead Consultant, meeting with Starwood was held in Singapore with positive feedback
Fist meeting attended by Owner, Architect Sheraton Brand Business Development Vice President and AYS Consultant.
Back to Malaysia, set up meeting with key consultant and start the project design. Feasibility study and operator feedback are positive to move on
Project kick start officially on June 2016 with the design & concept development direction lead by AYS.
The final design of Sheraton build up has been confirmed on Jan 2017, The 3D picture was the actual look of Sheraton Nilai.
